Brainspotting is a therapeutic method that identifies, processes, and releases core neurophysiological sources of trauma, emotional distress, and pain. Rooted in the premise that "where you look affects how you feel," it uses specific fixed eye positions to access deep, subcortical regions of the brain. Brainspotting is frequently used to help patients struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression, substance use and addiction, chronic physical pain, general stress, and emotional dysregulation.

Half Sessions (20–30 minutes): These shorter sessions are sometimes used to process immediate and acute distress, and to help regulate your nervous system.
